CH (N)Ekornbakkens Linus, NFO d 09 23.(neutered)

Born 24/06/2003 and our first Norwegian Forest Cat.He is the reason we got hooked and is my very special boy.

He is also the father of our a-litter and d-litter

This is (N)Ekornbakken`s Linus, Dagas father and the grandfather of the f-litter. He is a big mouse catcher ( 9,7 kilos) and a sweethart!! He used to love to sit on my shoulder.. untill he got to heavy :) He now lives with Inger and Kjell so that he can roam outside and get a bit more exersice and a bit less food then what he would here..

Linus Christmas 2006, almost 10 kilos.. We try to get him to loose weight but he just stops moving to compensate, so we have made the hard dessission to place him in a fosterhome where he can run outside in the forest and slim down. It is not easy to do this as we love him very much, but we have to think of his health and with close to 3 kilos overweight we have now option. He needs to move more and i can not have free-roaming cats togehter with my kittens as there are to many unvaccinated cats on this Island.

Linus in October 2004.

Our first Forest cat looked almost like a squirrel. He brought with him a new way of thinking cat, he came to us from Molde in november 2003.

Funny way of sleeping, but it worked. Cæsar came in 2004 and they became great friends..
